Please be aware that on Thursday 28th May 2015 and as announced to customers with Premium Pre-Paid or Committed IT Support Plans, our office will have significantly reduced technical support facilities. Whilst calls will still be answered, we will only be able to assist with genuinely Business Critical issues. All non-critical issues will be queued. In addition, our Customer Services and Sales Teams will be unavailable.
This is necessary to ensure we can provide some vital training to the entire team which will help us deliver a higher quality of support and service in the future and is part of a wide ranging improvement programme internally.
We apologise if this issue does cause you any issues and have contingency plans should any business critical issues arise that need urgent attention. Normal service will be resumed on Friday 29th May at 09:00.
Out of Hours Services for customers with appropriate service plans will not be affected and out of hours service will operate as normal.
