We'd like to take this opportunity to remind customers to send payments and other correspondence to the correct address for us - we've recently seen a rise in mail mis-addressed and subsequently lost or delayed in being received by us.
Please ensure you send remittence and any other correspondence (for example Order Forms) to:

For Invoice Payments, Remittences etc, use "Accounts Department"
For General Corresponence "Customer Services"
Please DO NOT send to one of our office addresses - your mail will either be lost or delayed in reaching us - the above address is received by Royal Mail on our behalf who route mail correctly. This is because we have more than one address, not all of which are well suited to receiving mail.
If you have a Returns Authorisation Number for any reason, we'll provide the correct address for that particular incident on a case by case basis - please refer to your RMA e-mail for information.
