Office Book Keeper and Administrator
VPW Systems (UK) Ltd is currently looking for an Office Book-Keeper & Office Administrator to join its growing and successful team to take over this existing position. The company intends to provide a 3 month handover period, with the successful applicant being asked to start in April 2010.
The company wishes to find someone who enjoys working in a small team, and has the confidence to actively participate in the challenges of small business. To succeed you will need great people skills and enjoy helping customers with problems or concerns on a daily basis as part of the role involves taking calls from customers, many of whom have technical support queries and will often feel "lost" when it comes to I.T - you can make a big difference to customer relations!
As with any small business a degree of flexibility is essential - as the company develops job roles will evolve and the business needs will change - so you need to enjoy the challenge this brings.
Having experience in small business accounts is an advantage, but training is available if you can provide the essential requirements listed.

The position offers a salary of between £13K and £18K depending on experience & capability, with bonuses and overtime opportunities from time to time – salary is negotiable. Period of Work: This is a full time position, and you will need to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Generous Annual Leave & Bank Holiday allowances are provided. Some flexibility on this may be possible (please state if you would require this).
