Our History

We always expect a problem, even though we rarely experience them, and build expecting multiple simultaneous failures!

From small beginnings in the late nineties, we have grown steadily in size and in the range of our services, so that today we are firmly established, with almost 3,000 sq ft of office space, more than 100 servers, 5 connection sites and customers in almost every market sector. Our reputation for providing innovative, affordable, reliable IT services continues to grow.

We started in 1998, providing domain names and hosting in the initial internet boom. Then in response to requests from our expanding client base, we began offering IT support, and laying down infrastructure to provide e-mail, web hosting and connectivity for local businesses, many of which are still working with us today.

In 2003, as demand for our services and support continued to grow, we became a limited company, and took on our first full-time member of staff to work alongside the part-time team. This signaled the start of a two or three year period of accelerated growth with several major contract wins driving further development of the company’s capabilities.

In an industry that’s constantly changing, we are always looking to the future to make sure that we stay at the cutting edge of technological developments, whilst always applying the values of honesty, innovation and reliability that have served us so well over the years.

In 2008, we moved to new offices, and began expanding our team. So far in 2009, we have increased our staff, developed new products, and have achieved Microsoft Certified Partner status and gained a Competency in Networking Infrastructure Solutions.
