Our Infrastructure
We always expect a problem, even though we rarely experience them, then design our services to easily cope with multiple failures as a standard practice throughout.
When we provide you with an IT service, you will use part of our core infrastructure of servers, networks, systems and telephone lines.
Our infrastructure is critical to your IT and internet services and has been designed with your need for high standards of performance and reliability in mind. We only use equipment that is reliable and easily maintained because if it doesn't work effectively for us then we will not trust it to work for you.
We like to keep things simple, minimise risk and use our knowledge and experience to pre-empt problems before they arise.
For example we have several servers, located in several different sites, all independently performing the same task. This means not only that we can maintain service in the event of a failure, but also that we can continue to provide a full service for our customers during maintenance periods.
