Microsoft Certifications
Our team includes a Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA). Databases are an important part of both customer and our internal services, so qualification proves an in-depth understanding of the systems and fundamentals of database systems, particularly geared towards the Microsoft SQL Server products.
We also have a number of Microsoft Certified Professionals on our team proving our capability on some of the worlds most popular software systems (both Desktop and Server) in use today .
We're also working towards Gold Partner status, as well as becoming Microsoft Small Business Specialists. While we remain neutral to any particular vendor, we know that many of our customers use Microsoft solutions, and recognise the need for us to be familiar with and to be able to support these types of systems.
Citrix Certification
Our team includes Citrix Certified Administrators (CCA). Citrix is a powerful tool that allows companies to implement terminal systems, secure multi-user and hot-desk computing environments and much more. For businesses that rely on Citrix infrastructure to control sales and administrative functions, we have in our team specialists to support those systems.
Memberships
Our team has a number of memberships that allow us to operate and provide certain services, including membership of domain registration and standards bodies. We're working on a number of "Trading Standards" achievements to reinforce our commitment to customer service, and are now working to meet ISO (International Standards Organisation) qualifications. This work is progressing through 2009 and we will update this section as we achieve those standards.
