In May 2011, we agreed to take over the Web Site Hosting, Domain Registration and E-Mail Services formerly provided by the above companies, and have been contacting former customers. In some cases we have not been given full enough information to do this, so you may be directed to this page.

Our offer to transfer your web site has now expired as the servers formerly paid for by Lymenet have now reached the end of the paid-for period. If you have not signed up and paid us, your web site is likely to disappear over the next 24-48 hours. Despite every effort being made to avoid this, a small number of customers have refused our offer to sign up, and this means now the sites will be turned off.

If you are a former Double Design/Lymenet Customer who has a Domain Name, Web Hosting or E-Mail Services provided by them...

Please contact our Customer Services Team on 01392 950950 so that we can discuss your existing setup and help you make arrangements to continue hosting - while the old servers rented by Double Design/Lymenet are being maintained for a short period, this arrangement is temporary. Any services not transferred will stop working in due course. We'd prefer that not to happen to you, so please make contact so we can make appropriate arrangements with you.

 

If you were looking for Double Design but wanted to buy new services, such has Hosting, Domain Names or Web Design:

Please call us on 01392 950 950 - we offer a range of services and will be able to assist you. Let us know you were looking for Double Design so we can offer you any special rates that would apply. In the majority of cases we can offer you assistance at a price LOWER than charged by Double Design.

Please contact us and we'll see how we can help, but please be aware we have not purchased the liabilities or any outstanding projects and may be limited in what we can do, but where possible, we'll help.
