Our Fax Service comes in 2 flavours - our base offering is the SimpleFax Receive Service - as its name implies you get the ability to receive a fax but not to send them. This is ideal for people who need to receive faxes but aren't always in the same physical location, or where you want all incoming faxes to be stored electronically.
It works by us assigning you a fax number - just like any other fax would have, but instead of your fax machine receiving faxes sent to that number, our systems receive it, convert it to a PDF for you, and then send it to you by e-mail.
With a fixed charge and no "per fax" usage charges, it's easy to get connected from just £6.00 per month. It's cheaper than a dedicated fax line, and you can have as many numbers as you need - so every employee or department can have its own fax number if you want.

Need to Send Faxes? from just £11 a month & free credit included!
If you also need to send faxes we have a range of price plans which include Fax Sending Capabilities. This includes the Fax Receive service, but also gives you the ability to send faxes direct from your e-mail. How does it work? Simple! You attach the documents you want to fax to an e-mail, include optional information in the e-mail itself (which we use for the cover page) and then you e-mail to the fax number - our system then takes that, converts it to a fax and sends it to the real fax machine at the other end.
Great not only for saving the amount of paper you generate (how many times have you printed a document only to put it in the fax machine anyway?), but also great for mobile workers who may not have the ability to send a fax when they're out and about right now.
