Many small businesses rely on IT, but cannot justify employing a full time IT administrator. Outsourcing the management of your IT and using our Support-on-Demand service provides the ideal solution.

Our easy to understand "Support on Demand" service gives you the support you need on any aspect of your IT. Working on the same principle as a 'pay-as-you-go mobile phone', you top-up your account for a number of support hours, then call upon our qualified engineers when you need them. If you don't need our help for a while, that's fine - your credit remains until you want to call on us.

We're pretty flexible too, and support is offered by phone, e-mail and emote assistance tools (we connect remotely to your computer and work on it as if we’re on-site with you). We’ll also provide on-site assistance if necessary to solve your problem (depending on your location we may charge a little differently for this - but we rarely need to visit)..
