The Small Business Backup Service is a flexible, simple to manage service designed for small businesses who rely on I.T. and need the reassurance of reliable, off-site backup service. If any of the following criteria meet your situation it is likely you need our Backup Service:

Some of the capabilities of the service are listed below (not all options are included in all packages):
- Simple Data Backup Solution - we help you get started with the solution and, with our support options are on hand in the unlikely event you need some help once you're operational. Installed on your single server, workstation or other "server", the system installs an all currently supported Windows platforms.
- Works with Microsoft Small Business Server, the most popular solution for small companies, this service knows about the services running on the Small Business Server and backs it up remotely.
- Provided using a secure VPN Infrastructure safeguarding your data from unauthorised access or interception.
- Uses your Existing Internet Access in many cases, but can be scaled to add our dedicated Backup Line Solution for a small additional charge where you have larger amounts of data to backup, or the backup process cannot be run without affecting other services (such as remote working staff who dialin at night when most backups are run)
- Can be combined with our I.T. Support and Management Services to provide a complete solution for those who don't have the time, staff or technical ability to maintain and manage I.T. systems themselves, leaving you free to run a business and not your I.T.

An office has a Small Business Server, but only a few staff. Typically the staff forget to rotate tapes on a regular basis, or there simply aren't always staff in the office. Perhaps you even leave the tapes unsecure in the same building as you've nowhere else to put them, so in the event of a physical disaster your copies are at risk too.
