Broadband is the latest technology for High Speed Internet Access. There are several types of Broadband connectivity, with the most common known as ADSL. When you're looking for connectivity solutions for your business, we can provide you with dependable Internet Access, alongside options for services such as Wireless Access, Managed Firewall's and much more.
Generally, we provide our connectivity solutions to customers who take other services from us, such as Enterprise Remote Backup, Remote/VPN Services and Managed I.T. Solutions, but can provide them as a standalone service when required. More information on a few key areas of Broadband from us can be found below:
Speeds
We work with a number of companies, and can provide connectivity at speeds from 256k (suitable for web cam use or basic e-mail links) up to 24 meg via standard ADSL services, plus the ability to send data at up to 2.5 meg, perfect for Remote Working or intensive Data Transfer applications.
For applications requiring low latency, higher bandwidth, and extremely high service levels, we can also provide Leased Lines and Ethernet Terminated Connections, either to the Internet or Point to Point (e.g. between 2 Offices for example).
Swap Out and Warranty
We provide options for our Swap Out Service (SOS) - this is our same/next-day router replacement plan, so that in the event of a failure of your Router, we will repair or replace your router and get you online again quickly, minimising the disruption caused. It's ideal for businesses that are heavily reliant on Internet Access. We can combine this with the additional fast response time services available from BT to repair a failed line within hours.
Multiple Connections (Bonding, Line Redundancy etc)
Our specialists have developed a range of extended Broadband solutions, which include provision of multiple connections from different upstream and wholesale providers, load balanced connections, and special purpose links (for example to handle a single task such as E-Mail or VPN Connections). We can even provide alternative/backup connections for where you have existing services such as a Leased Line for those "just in case" scenarios.
Wireless Services
Through our SimplyFi Wireless service, we can combine our connectivity solutions with our Wireless Hotspot solutions - for temporary or long term purposes where Wireless Internet Access is required.
