When you want a complete Fax Solution, you need SimpleFax Send. Just as the name implies, SimpleFax Send lets you send faxes as well as receive them, all from your e-mail client with no special software required. It's a simple, effective solution and is ideal for mobile workers who may not be near a fax service, or anyone who primarily sends electronic documents and currently prints them before they send them.

How does Sending a Fax work?
1. First create an e-mail in the normal way, and add the document(s) you want to send to the e-mail as attachments - most common formats are supported such as MS Office, PDF, many graphics formats etc.
2. If you want a cover page, put in the subject line and body text information in the e-mail.
3. Enter the real fax number (for example 01392112233 then put the sending fax address at the end (we allocate this to you when you sign up, but it would be something like @myfax.vpwsys.net - so you'd end up with 01392112233@myfax.vpwsys.net).
4. Send the e-mail in the usual way.
5. Our system receives the e-mail, takes the fax number, and then prepares the attachments etc and sends your e-mail. It's that simple.
What you'll need?
1. An E-Mail Address - it doesn't have to be one we provide to you but you do have to register it with us to receive faxes and send them too.
2. Adobe Acrobat on your computer (which is on the vast majority of machines as standard - and available on Linux, Mac, PC, and many mobile "smart" phones and PDAs) to receive faxes.
How much does it cost?
There are 2 options on the SimpleFax Receive service, depending on the number of faxes you expect to receive - in most cases the standard service will be adequate, but where you expect to receive a high number of faxes the enhanced service will be more appropriate.
