Our E-Mail Services come in many forms, from simple POP-3 Accounts through to fully managed hosted Microsoft Exchange Servers for more demanding requirements. All of our E-Mail Services are also available with our Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam Screening packages.

Standard E-Mail Account Packages (POP-3 Accounts)
These accounts are suitable for basic e-mail services, and are similar to those supplied on many broadband packages. Linked to your domain name (for example mycompany.co.uk) the provide quick and simple access to e-mail - they also with with many mobile devices and PDAs.

Groupware Enabled Accounts
The next step up from a standard account is ideal for small businesses who don't get need the power of Exchange Server, and offer E-Mail combined with central calendaring, tasking functionality, as well as a WebMail service for access via almost any Internet connected PC.

Authenticated SMTP Accounts (and Static/Fixed IP Accounts)
If you need to be able to send e-mail without the hassle of changing settings as you move around, have reliability problems with your Broadband providers service,

Hosted Exchange Server
Harnessing the power of Exchange Server, the industry standard enterprise platform for e-mail, our Hosted Exchange package offers all the advantages of Exchange including Calendaring, WebMail, Mobile Device synchronisation, shared folders and more, without the need to buy and invest in dedicated server equipment just for your e-mail.

Managed Mail Services
Through our Managed I.T. Services we can supply, manage and maintain your own mail server (such as an Exchange or Small Business Server installation) where you need to keep your mail service in-house but don't want to manage it.

Screening Services
For protection against Viruses, Malware and Spam on your e-mail, our Screening Services can be used with any of the Mail Packages we supply, but can also be used with any domain name that delivers mail via SMTP.
