If you're not yet a customer, there are 2 ways we can provide the service to you. If you currently have your own mail server, then we can provide the service to you simply by you configuring your system to receive mail from us, and changing the MX Records for your domain to point to us (full information and instructions are given when you sign up).
If you just have e-mail with another Internet Service Provider on your own domain (for example, your company is Joe Bloggs Construction Ltd and your e-mail addresses are steve.bloggs@bloggsconstruction.co.uk) but you haven't your own server, you'll need to transfer your domain name to us, or have your current provider update the MX Records.
Unfortunately if you currently have just an ISP address such as @hotmail.com, @btopenworld.com or similar and do not own a domain name of your own, we are unable to provide this service to you.
