Our Server Management Service provides a comprehensive service allowing us to manage your server system(s) including general support and security maintenance leaving you to focus on areas of your business that better benefit from your time. It is available both as part of our Managed I.T. Services for customers who have servers with us already, or as a standalone offering - ideal where you have your own systems (in another data centre or your office for example) but want a group of specialists to look after the systems.
We can offer everything from basic Security Management, ensuring the systems are regularly updated, through to providing full Support to you or your stakeholders/users, as well as Service Availability and Quality Monitoring. Yes - this is something that can be incorporated in your agreement in terms of our response times, standards of management and security levels etc. As with the core service, Service Levels are negotiable to meet your particular requirements.
We support a wide and diverse range of products, from leading vendors, for example, Microsoft Server products (Exchange, SQL, Sharepoint, Business Solutions etc), Citrix Presentation Server, as well as niche products such as MRM Plus 2 from Gladstone, Raisers Edge, Patrons Edge and other solutions from Blackbaud.
