What is VPower and VPS?
VPS is the short name which stands for "Virtual Private Server". "VPower" is our brand of Virtual Servers. In simple terms, VPower gives you full featured server systems hosted in our facilities, without you needing to buy or own hardware plus complete control to manage and use it as you wish.
How does it work?
When you buy a VPower Server, we provision a server and give you administrative access. With Windows Servers, you get a "Remote Desktop" connection. You're then free to administer & install applications as necessary onto the server.
What can you run on VPower?
In general terms anything you could normally run on a similarly specified server.More information on what can be run with VPower is given on our Technical Pages.
What Service Plans are available?
You can view our Standard Service plans by clicking here. If you want to discuss a custom specification/arrangement, please contact us, as the VPower platform is incredibly versatile, and many of our customers have unique installations.
How Powerful is a VPower VPS Server?
