Fast Track Service

Sometimes you need to make a change urgently, or outside our normal response times. To help you achieve this, we now offer a Fast Track Service. Fast Tracking is a supplemental service that means we'll process your request quickly, bypassing the normal "first come, first served" approach we operate. The following Fast Track options are available:

FAST TRACK a "Third Party Authorisation Request"

To fast-track a Third Party Form, on a same day basis, there is a charge of £25.00 + VAT. You must submit by fax, your Third Party Form & payment must be received by us no later than 14:30 on a Working Day for it to be completed that day. Requests received after this will be processed before the next of the next working day.

FAST TRACK a "DNS or Domain Transfer Request"

To fast-track DNS changes, or Domain Transfers (Outbound), a charge of £30.00 + VAT applies. Using this method a domain transfer would be started within 1 working day of receipt, providing correct authority has been sent to us. For DNS changes, changes will be completed the same working day (providing the request is received/paid before 14:30)

FAST TRACK a "Support Request for Non-Premium Customers"

To fast-track a support request (e.g. so an engineer begins work on it more quickly than usual), a one-time charge of £60.00 + VAT applies (in addition to any other normal support costs). This would allow you to receive immediate support, with an engineer dedicated to resolving your case. Requests & payments must be received before 14:30 on a working day. Resolution times will vary depending on the issue.

FAST TRACK a "Support Request for Premium Customers"

To fast-track a support request (e.g. so an engineer begins work on it more quickly than usual) when you have a Premium Support Contract with us costs an additional £30.00 + VAT in addition to normal support costs. Once paid, you'll receive immediate support, and an engineer dedicated to resolving your case. Requests & payments must be received before 14:30 on a working day while resolution times will vary depending on the issue - but will be the quickest possible.
