Ready to order? Our ordering process is relatively simple. We do need a reasonable amount of information from you, so please complete everything asked - it will allow us to speed up the processing and acceptance of your order.

Stage 1 - Understanding Terms and Conditions

We believe that Terms and Conditions are important - for both you and us. Unlike many providers we do not provide Terms/Conditions in small print, they're in large text and avoid "legal speak" where possible. All orders placed with us are subject to our terms and conditions. If you're a new customer, we'll send you a copy of the Terms/Conditions for you to review before your order is completed.

The most important terms/conditions are shown below and you will need to enter "I AGREE" and click the Next Stage box before you can continue:

• Payment Terms: We don't provide Credit - therefore our Payment Terms are 14 days from date of invoice. You can pay us by Cheque or Bank Transfer (Sorry, due to the costs involved, we do not accept Credit Cards). Services will be suspended/cancelled if we do not receive payment.
  

• All of our invoices are provided by e-mail, in standard PDF Format. We do not offer the option to receive a copy by post, but all invoices are fully VAT compliant, and you can choose to print it as with any other document if you wish.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order, or, if we see fit to ask that an order is paid in advance of being setup. This can be for many reasons, including Credit Risk/Assessment, our belief the order may be fraudulent, or (for existing customers) the account is at or near the credit limit.

• All services are subject to Acceptable Use (to protect our customers and network infrastruture from abuse, but not to unfairly penalise customers who use our service normally).

NOTE: Once you complete the forms, it wil not form a legally binding contract - your provisional order will be reviewed and you will be asked to accept the request before we will process it. Once accepted, it becomes a contract between both parties.
