Stage 1 - Understanding Terms and Conditions

We know it's probably boring to you, but it is important. All orders placed with us are subject to terms and conditions, to save you time, we summarise the most important parts here. Please review the points below. Once you're happy to continue, enter "I AGREE" and click the Next Stage box.

Nominet Terms: If you register a domain that ends in .me.uk, .co.uk, .org.uk, .plc.uk and .ltd.uk orders are subject to Nominet Terms

Payment Terms: We are not a credit card company! Therefore services are paid in advance and on time. When we set you up, you are not expected to pay until you receive an invoice from us, but once you receive it, you must pay within 7 days to avoid your service being cancelled. This is to ensure that all of our customers can benefit from better pricing, and we can stay in business!

We reserve the right to cancel any order, or, if we see fit to ask that an order is paid in advance of being setup. This may be for many reasons, please do not be offended if we ask you to make payment before your order is confirmed.

Once you place an order, it is not a legally binding contract. We will validate your order before accepting it. If you do not confirm your order, we will not process it. Once we accept it, it becomes a contract between both parties.
