Vince
Founder and Managing Director
Vince set up VPW back in 1998. He is incredibly passionate about appropriate, accessible, user-friendly IT. It's Vince who decides our direction and oversees all processes to make sure they're as easy as possible for you. He really enjoys getting involved in practical projects, and professionally, he's on a crusade to help the world to use IT to do more than write letters and send e-mails. Outside of the work Vince is typically found playing with radio gear, and really must stop buying gadgets, must stop buying ...oooooh… 'Buy It Now'…too late!
Matt
Senior Technical Engineer
Matt believes that delivering a consistent user experience is the key to making IT easier for people. Matt is passionate about using the right tools for the right job, and like all the team, he takes pride in taming technology on our customers' behalf. Outside of work, Matt likes a beer or two with friends, and tracking down deals on eBay… though he's never combining the two again having woken up the not-so-proud owner of a ‘bargain' second hand car.
Keith
Senior Managed Services Engineer
Like Matt, Keith is invaluable when it comes to making sure your IT simply works. He works behind the scenes to keep the critical systems functioning properly, and is particularly skilled in server and internet systems and security. When he's not saving the day or planning the future for our customers, Keith is a bit of a weekend pool shark.
Jo
Office Manager
Without a doubt, Jo is the most vital member of the VPW team. From finances to picking up the phone and keeping on top of the paperwork, Jo keeps us ultra-efficient and organised so we can focus on our customers' needs. Outside of work, Jo loves a bit of Take That and is Queen of the Chocolate Brownies.
