Answers to queries often sent to our Customer Services Team that can help you administer your account or resolve non-technical issues
Our Customer Services team is where you'll go for all the "odds and sods" as a general rule. It's also where many of the "background" requests are processed.
For example, if you've got a query which is not really a Sales, Support or Billing query, the chances are it will be referred to customer services.
If you're ever unsure where to log a ticket, customer services may be a good place to start as they'll be able to advise you on the best place to go for help.
