Troubleshooting Broadband Issues, help with connection issues or making changes to your Broadband Service
No, it is not possible to have the login details. This is because our Business Broadband services are provided as a managed service, and we must therefore control all aspects of the service to deliver the managed service. This is typical practice amongst most business providers as the nature of the service is very different from a home or consumer service.
In particular, if we provide any service levels, or maintenance facilities, we cannot provide those services unless we can be sure nobody else can adjust the parameters of the service.
If you need configuration changes such as port forwarding configuration, we're more than happy to do this, and you should contact our Support Team who will arrange to make these changes for you. Unless you make a very large request, or make frequent requests there is generally no charge for making these changes.
