What is the difference between Standard and Premium Support?

Customers with our Pre-Paid or Committed Support Plans receive Premium Support. This offers faster response, more flexible support options and additional features. If you don't have one of those support plans, you have our standard support (which is still pretty good).

As a Premium Support Customer you also receive additional benefits such as regular Tips and Tricks Newsletters, Discounts on Services and other items.

Please speak to our Sales Team if you're thinking of benefitting from Premium Support options.
