I have a Premium Support Agreement with Extended Hours Support, how do I use this?

If you wish to contact our Support Team using your Extended Hours Service you'll need to contact us by phone.

The hours which you will have this extended support available vary depending on the contract you have - your "Premium Support Agreement" has further information about this.

In addition, the telephone number you need to use when contacting us varies - again this information is on your "Premium Support Agreement" confirmation.

If you have lost this, please contact our Customer Services Team (available during normal Office Hours) to obtain a replacement.
