Yes, we now accept Direct Debit payments for customers with regular service charges. In fact we prefer it in many cases as it makes admin easier for both parties.
If you'd like to use our Direct Debit service, you'll simply need to contact our Accounts Team in the first instance so we can discuss this with you. We use a third party company to process payments to us for Direct Debits, but this doesn't increase the amount you pay us.
All Direct Debit payments made need to be setup online (we'll send you the relevant links) and you'll need to agree to the Terms and Conditions of the payment provider as with any third party payment system.
