General Billing and Finance
Help with common queries that our Accounts Team receive about billing - you'll find help here with how to pay, where to pay and what happens if there is a problem with payment.
You can pay us via any of the following:
1. Bank Transfer including Internet Banking, BACS and CHAPS

We recommend and prefer electronic payment. If possible therefore please, use Bank Transfer/Internet Banking. You should make payments to: "VPW Systems (UK) Ltd" with Sort Code 09-06-66, Account Number 41888730. Please use your INVOICE number as the reference so we can match it. We recommend you reply to your invoice e-mail to let us know you've paid so we can be sure to match your incoming payment against your account.
Please be aware that we can accept Faster Payments subject to the limits of the service and your own bank limits.
2. Credit and Debit Card Payment (In Person at our Office)

You can make a Card Payment using a Chip & PIN card at our main office at 6 Southernhay West in Exeter. We can accept most standard cards, but not American Express.
3. Credit and Debit Card Payment (Over the Phone)
==========================================
You can make a payment via Credit/Debit Card to us via the Phone, by calling our general number 01392 950950, and speaking to someone in our team. Please note we may limit the amount you can spend over the phone for anti-fraud reasons.
For Corporate Credit/Debit Cards, we may levy a surcharge to cover the cost of processing. This does not apply to Personally Issued Cards.
We regret we do not accept Cheques.
