Backup Services - Remote Backup for Small Business
Common queries answered for our Small Business backup services that work on your Desktop, Laptop or Server system, including how to make changes and check the service is working.

I cannot restore as I am told restore files are missing, why?

If you had a large amount of data to backup and paid for our "Data Collect and Import" service, your backups will not be restorable until we have received back the drive sent to you, and we have merged your data into the backup system.

If your service has been operational for some time, and you are unable to restore data, you may have an incorrect encryption key (all backups are encrypted for security and you MUST use the correct key to restore - we cannot retrieve your data without the key).
