How long are quotes valid for?

Normally quotes we send are valid only for a period of 7 days. This is because many of our quotes will include costs for products or services that frequently change.

For example with many standard bits of IT kit, like computer systems, laptops etc, the prices change frequently with our suppliers, as a result of the volatile pricing for memory, drives and other components. Plus, there are so many changes to the models and options available, we can't guarantee availability for long.

We also sometimes have special offers from suppliers, or even our own promotions - and they tend to be short term promotional offers - so we can't guarantee to honour a quote beyond those times.

It's also worth remembering that any quote we provide is always subject to availability. We always try and supply what we've quoted, but if stock has run out, we will have to contact you and look at other options. It's not our preference - but it does sometimes happen.
