My order has a partial completion date, why?

Sometimes an order you place has multiple stages to it. In this case you may receive a "Partial Completion Date" from us. This means that the stage being processed is expected to finish on the date indicated.

Where possible we'll tell you which phase/stage of the order has the completion date set.

For example, if you place an order for Broadband Services with us, we're often going to provide you with the underlying phone line it needs. The first completion date will normally be for the Phone Line, and once this is done, we'll progress the Broadband section of the order.
