Can I cancel my order or make changes?

Once you have placed an order with us (eg returned our Order Form, or completed an Online Order with us), it is binding on you and you do not have a right to cancel the order.

However we will attempt to assist with reasonable requests where possible, however it is important to remember that once we receive your order it is processed quickly - as many services involve third parties, we'll also have placed orders with those parties.

Our Order Forms are designed to be clear, and we don't hide behind any small print, so you should be able to clearly understand what you are ordering and committing to - please ensure you are happy with what is being ordered BEFORE you place your order.

If you want to place additional orders please contact us - we may need to create a new order, or may be unable to do so until the initial order is completed depending on the service - this isn't always within our control.

(For the avoidance of doubt, Business to Business sales which we offer are not covered by consumer legislation regarding cooling off periods etc).
