What is a Top-Up and why must I have one?

Our Pre-Paid Support Accounts work on the basis of you purchasing support time from us in advance.

In return for this, you receive several benefits and features not available from our standard support service, as well as general IT help, rather than product limited support.

To make this service work effectively and avoid repeatedly needing to deal with paperwork for minor jobs, you purchase hours in advance blocks, which are then kept until you need them. This comes at a preferential rate to our "ad-hoc" support - and thus you must pre-pay to receive those rates.

Some of our services REQUIRE you to have a Pre-Paid Account - either to give you a price discount, or because the service is not available as a standalone product, and you must maintain a positive balance on your account at all times.
