E-Mail Services - Bulk Messaging Services

What happens if another ISP complains about a message sent?

If we receive complaints from other providers (something we actually receive on a daily basis), we will review those complaints and if there is a legitimate complaint we will:

(a) ask you to provide further information in some cases

(b) contact you and ask you to revise your communications

(c) in severe cases, restrict or stop your service temporarily to review the case

If we believe you are sending messages with dubious nature of any kind (as determined at our sole discretion), we may temporarily or permanently suspend your access to our bulk messaging service.

NOTE: It is your sole responsibility to ensure all communications sent are legally acceptable.
