What about my Cyber Essentials certification?

If you have Cyber Essentials Certification then 'doing nothing' is not an option for you.

To remain compliant with the scheme you must be using supported hardware and software as per those agreements.

You can continue to use Windows 11, but the computers running Windows 10 MUST have the security update services purchased/used - eg you must have us provide this facility to keep certified - we will not be able to renew your certification otherwise.

Using Hardware capable of running Windows 11 (along with all the other requirements of Cyber Essentials) will be absolutely fine and can be considered the 'preferred' option.
