Can I keep my domain with another provide and point Web Hosting to you?

For most of our services, it is either required or strongly recommended that the domain name is held with us. We may be able to make an exception in limited cases, but this will have an impact on the service reliability, and in a few cases functionality available to you.

Unlike many other low budget hosting providers, we use a dynamic system which updates DNS information regularly to allow us to load balance, redirect and deal with technical faults as they arise, and to perform maintenance without interruption to your service.

If your service includes any sort of resilience facility, it is NOT possible to have an externally hosted domain name.
