My service stopped working and I moved my domain or nameservers, why?

If you move your domain name away from us, or you change the nameservers so that the domain name(s) are no longer using ours your Agility Mail service will cease to operate - for technical reasons we require you to have your domain name with us - on our nameservers, unless we have agreed an alternative technical solution for your installation/service.

This will normally also cause your contract to be terminated - if you are in contract, any remaining fees will become immediately payable, and if you are out of contract, you will be charged for the notice period as appropriate.
