Email attachments are blocked in webmail, how do I download them?

The default behaviour when you access the Agility Mail webmail interface is for it to assume you’re using an untrusted public computer, as such it blocks attachments from being downloaded. The reason is that the attachment will be saved to the computer, and may remain available in the internet cache for anyone else who uses that computer so they can access your files once you’ve gone.

To enable downloading attachments if you trust the computer you’re using, when you connect to you can select the option :

“This device is used exclusively by me”

on the login screen. Once that is set you’ll find that attachments are no longer blocked and can be downloaded as required.
